"I used the trail that can be accessed via Warburton Road. It goes through private lands, so we need to respect the owners by staying on the trail and following the Leave No Trace principles. In total, it's a 10-km hike, not too challenging. The view at the top is almost at 360-degree, and it is pretty even if the summit isn't really high." — v_racine • May 7, 2022
"Back again for another hike, this time in the dark with some of the Brockville Hiking Club. We had hoped to see the full moon from the top but the clouds prevented us seeing much. We did see a lot of lightening strikes from the peak, kind of like a little fireworks display..It was a good hike, very enjoyable." — Plodalong • Aug 15, 2019
"Another night hike of Blue Mountain with the Brockville Hiking Club. We were hoping to catch the Full Moon, but the clouds put paid to that. Still, from the summit, we saw an awesome lighting storm over the Adirondack region, so it wasn't that disappointing. Moon made an appearance on the way down." — HikingViking • Aug 15, 2019

"A friend suggested a hike Today (Victoria Day) So, a few of us headed out to Blue for a beautiful day on the trails. Weather was perfect. We met up with a few other friends from our local hiking group, and we were all glad we made the decision to go. I know this area so well now, it's like my second home !!" — HikingViking • May 21, 2018
"Our friends turned back around 400m short of the summit last weekend. So we came back again to help ensure they made it this time, and they did! 9th climb of Blue Mountain for me and Dad." — RangersApprentice • Sep 9, 2017
"So, back here within a week of our last summit. This was #9 for me, and also my 300th "Total Summit". A friend and his Wife attempted Blue Mtn on Labour Day, but didn't quite make it the whole way. It was their first attempt. So, this weekend, we decided to go with them, and ensure they got to the top. Job Done. A moment shared. Their 1st my 300th. And they've been bitten my the hiking/climbing bug." — HikingViking • Sep 9, 2017
"The decision to do this 8th hike of Blue Mountain was made around 20 minutes before we set out. Very much a last minute decision made after hearing that a friend of ours was going to be there. Having set out an hour later than they did, we ran most of the way to catch them up - which we did. Great weather made the hike as amazing as always." — RangersApprentice • Sep 4, 2017
"My humans said I was going for a long walk, next thing I know.........I'm back at Blue Mountain, I first came here 6yrs ago when I was just 2 months old !! I was carried a lot of the way back then, this time, I walked and ran all the way to the top for my 7th summit." — B-Bomb • Sep 4, 2017
