Leave White Mountain Peak road by turning right towards the Crooked Creek Field Station turnoff. There's a jeep trail to your right before a sharp turn to your right. Take this jeep trail until it drops in front of the middle of Blanco Mountain. There's a cabin in the forest, and I just hiked straight up to the top.
