- The Drumlin was once rather barren. Gerald William Bigsby personally planted over 12,000 evergreen trees on the hill over the course of his lifetime.
- This trail is currently maintained by the Central New York Land Trust.

"It's not really a "peak" so much as a nice hill. It was a great day for being out; lots of snow, little street noise, birds, and a deer. This preserve is a great addition to the area.
