"As far as I can determine, Bearwallow Hill is the 8th highest named highpoint in Indiana and not the 5th highest as claimed by this website. My son, Marshall, and I visited this highpoint after sunset, so we were fortunate that it was an easy "grab and go." The highest point is located in an open field only a few dozen feet to the east of the road and the summit benchmark is easy to find. There appears to have been a summit tower here at one time with some concrete remains surrounding the benchmark. It was too late in the evening to notice if there were any views of the surrounding area, but there did appear to be a large old abandoned home across the street." — Stewy • Nov 8, 2014
"Awesome Bean Blossom and Hilly Hundred roads cycling weekend with Scott Forthhofer, Bob Finger, Dave Wressell, and friend after Morgantown breakfast and climbing around Brown County Park roads areas entire weekend. Bear Wallow hill climb at end of 2nd day too - just for "fun" - whew." — matt.mercure1 • Aug 6, 2011
