An epic day (I don’t use that term loosely) on the rock up the ultra classic SE Arete. 6 long and exposed pitches with plenty of scrambling in between. Left Phoenix at 4 AM, on the trail by 7:30. Approach trail+ bushwhacked put us climbing at 1145. Summited at 345. Made it back to the trail at 545 after rappelling the Forbes Montoya Route and car by 730.
