The trip was great. A beautiful day hike after camping near the La Plata River the night before. Most of the snow had melted by the end of May making for a nice steady climb. I was hoping to continue on the ridge to the other tall peaks in the La Plata's but the dip between Babcock on the connecting ridge was too intense. Overall, a very nice climb - very peaceful out there.
