Experienced backpacker and advanced-beginner in rock climbing. I have climbed Rainier among many other US peaks and am working towards the 50 highest state peaks, in addition to the California 14ers, Colorado 14ers, and the 7 summits! Always looking for partners in the MD/DC/VA area for climbing and possible extended trips. The Navy keeps me pretty busy but I managed quite a few highpoints in 2010/2011 in addition to a trip to Northern California. I am keeping Aconcagua and Denali as the big picture goals for the next few years; in 2011/2012 I hope to climb the Mexican volanoes and perhaps some more US highpoints out west.
