"Gorgeous day to be out during "covid" and social distancing. The initial hike is easy woods path to a dry river bed. The river bed is softball size, rounded stones---careful--easy ankle turner! On the way back to the car I fell victim to them.
The hike after the pond has rock climbing in spots. " — CAnn • Aug 17, 2020
"Beautiful day. Dragged the family and dog up to the pond. My son and I climbed to the summit, and then down the other side so he could climb through "Fat Man's Misery". I still have not gone to the west peak. Next time!" — mikewilliamsjr • Jul 10, 2018
"One of the warmest days in maine...in april! 80 or so degrees! Hot in the woods. We did the brook trail and so enjoyed cooling off with the ice colde brook water! Beatiful views." — trish • Apr 16, 2012
"Been on top of this one numerous times including group trips in high school and a few times with friends and solo. Nice lake on top. Love taking the shorter trail which leads you up through a tunnel in the rock going straight up!!!" — andrewmarquis • Jun 13, 1998
