"Summitted Pinnacle, Lyndeborough, and Rose via the AllTrails link below off of
Mountain Road. The trail map is about a quarter-mile up the trail so figuring out where the trail starts is a little tricky. Park along the side of the road where it makes sense. Going up Pinnacle is where most of the elevation gain in the hike. This is a hard trail to get lost on, but easy to lose your confidence that you are going the right way. Yellow blazes only mark the Helen Trail section going up Pinnacle. From there using your compass and common sense will get you to Rose and Lyndeborough. From there the trails are wide ATV or snowmobile trails. Orange signs mark the intersection, but they are few and far between. It was windy and would be snowy for five minutes and then sunny for the next. About 5.5 mile round trip.

"Gorgeous day. Blue skies dotted with cumulus clouds, 83 degrees. Perfect. Took Helen's Trail from Mountain Rd. Hiked up to Pinnacle then over to Rose Mt. The stone cairns and structures were like a wonderland of rock. Just amazing. Beautiful Spring views. " — Lucius • May 17, 2015
"It was a great trip today, over The Pinnacle, up a short spur trail to Lyndeborough Mountain & then continuing on to Rose Mountain. Then it was back over the pinnacle to get to the truck." — VonSelmer • Jan 9, 2012
