"Winter Summit, it’s snowed a lot recently so probably should’ve rethought it after not bringing snowshoes. Had to hike in about 7.5km each way just to get to the base. Snow was knee deep just about the whole way up. The peak isn’t all that special and we missed any good lookouts. Had a nice lunch about 25 meters from the peak. I’m 100% coming back around summertime to get some good pictures from the lookouts.
One weird thing we noticed was it looks like someone has clear cut a few tiny sections, some treats are cut right at the stump, odd place to do it…" — jomo • Feb 11, 2024
"Parked on Ketchum road and went up through vacant land. No trails or anything, peak isn’t exactly where it claims to be on the map, more to the east. Where the peak is, is close to the cliff lookout, you can see fosters mountain right across, and Pickett lake a bit south from the mountain. " — jomo • Jan 28, 2024
"Did a back to back with my friend nick, hitting Buckley’s mountain first, then getting telegraph hill done. Was quite easy, went up the trail for maybe 30 minutes then started off trail. Went for another 15-20 and ended up at the peak. There’s a cabin at the peak and not exactly the greatest views. But going a bit south of the peak there’s a very nice view. After, we went straight to the base where Telegraph Lake sits. Pretty lake, nice spot to sit. " — jomo • Jan 15, 2024
"Good little trail in. Parked by the road then walked up. Cut off into the woods when I was right beside the peak. Not really much of a view at the top but still pretty.
Also seems there’s been quite bad wind through there. Lots of trees down" — jomo • Jan 15, 2024
"Went back with some other friends to this mountain, see my log from the week prior to this climb to see the directions. Last time we forgot the check out the falls (the main reason we came in the first place lol). An amazing area that’s so untouched. " — jomo • Jan 7, 2024
