Please respect private ownership rights in the area. The bridge over the Alamosa River by Jasper, all the mining claims and the area of recently harvested trees is privately held. Your government has a locked gate to restrict you and even the owners from driving from Jasper to Platoro over Cornwall when the see fit. This mountain area has a proven history of mineral viability and some day will be re-developed.
